Does this look like a Wart or Ingrown hair? (NSFW PIC)

My wife hasn't had any signs of HPV yet (since 2007 when we first had sex), I have it for a few years but haven't had symptoms since I was first diagnosed in 2006. Now she has this bump and I don't know if it's HPV since I don't have a Vagina. Sorry if it's too graphic. Please help! http://i50.tinypic.com/2h6t3ld.jpg
